20 weeks!!!

This is a new belly pic from this weekend. I am now 20 weeks exactly. We also picked out the baby's name, as you can tell by the new blog title! It took us a little while but we really like it and hope he does too!! I also called the doctor to get the results of the ultrasound and they said everything was perfect! So I was very excited about that. The bedding is suppose to come in tomorrow, so I will post pics when I get it! Our crib and changing table will not arrive until the middle of January, because we ordered them from two different places and they were both on back order.

19 weeks, 1 day!!

It's a boy!!!

As you can tell by the title we are having a boy!! I am so excited!! I guess the physic was right after all, which kind of freaks me out! His heartbeat was 148 and he weighs 11oz. Here are a few pics of the sonogram and a couple of pics of the outfits we bought him. I also put a pic of the crib bedding we picked out for him, it is very boyish and something he won't grow out of quickly.

Another weekend!!!

We had a busy weekend, but we still had time to relax a little bit, Friday night I went over my friend Nikki's house to have a Christmas party, it was a lot of fun and we had great food! On Saturday I cleaned around the house and ran a couple errands. On Sunday my mom and I went Christmas shopping, I am almost done and just have a couple of little things I still want to pick up. I didn't feel sick all weekend long and I still don't think I have felt the baby kick yet. I have felt some flutters in my stomach but I am still not sure if that is the baby or not. I read that a lot of first time moms don't really feel the first kick until 20-24 weeks, but I am tired of waiting. lol

Only one more week left and then we get to find out what were having. My ultrasound appt. isn't until 1:00, so I will have to be patient all day! They also told me that I have to drink 160z of fluid 45 minutes before!! I don't know how I am going to be able to do that, I might have to bring some of the diapers Nikki gave me.lol

Psychic Friday

Well today Eric's mom went to a phychic to find out what were having. lol I though it was a little strange but she has never been before and a women at her work goes all the time and she has guessed the sex of all 3 of her grandchildren. She told Jennifer that we are having a strong boy and that I will get pregnant soon after delivering this baby. She also said that we will have 5 kids!! Don't everyone laugh at once! We will also have two sets of multiples and the first 3 kids will be boys following two girls. I think this women is insane! lol She also said I will have a quick labor, so that was good news! We will know on Dec.22 if she is telling the truth or shes just crazy!!

This Weekend we had our first snow fall in Maryland, it wasn't much but it sure gets everyone in the Christmas spirit!! Over the weekend we went to Valley View Farms with our friends Danielle and Kenny, and there son Logan. We had a really good time, but it was freezing!! Everything was inside so we really enjoyed ourselves.

Christmas Time

I know this is every ones favorite time of year and especially mine!! I love all the presents and food!! We decorated the day after Thanksgiving and have pretty much everything done. Here our some pics

15 weeks, 4 days

Belly Pic!

15 weeks, 2 day

Yah!! 15 weeks, it seems like time is moving so slow, but I know as soon as I find out what I am having it will go by so quick! I will actually be able to look at things that aren't yellow! I went to the doctors yesterday and he was an hour late!! My appt. was at 9:10 and he didn't get to the office until 10:00 lol I don't mind though because I know doctors offices can get crazy and I'm sure we have had some of our patients waiting longer then an hour. oops! They checked the baby's heartbeat again and it was 160 BPM only 1 less beat then last time, so it's been pretty steady. They also weighed me and I gained 2 more pounds, so that is 3lbs in total for everyone who's counting, I know the weight gain will start to go up now that I am in my 2nd trimester and my favorite holiday is coming up....Turkey Day!!! I can't wait!! I am making dirt pudding and mashed potatoes. This will be the first year that I am making mashed potatoes and I am only making them because I had a crazy pregnant dream that I made them for Thanksgiving and they turned out perfect! lol So we will see how that goes! ok, getting away from food and back to the baby! I got some more blood work done which is the triple screen, it test for certain types of down syndrome and other birth defects. I am going to get the results next Monday, only because I work for a doctor and we can request blood work even if it wasn't prescribed by us. Everyone knows my patience level is like non-existent, I have basically requested all of my blood work when I get it done because I can't wait for the results. And we also have other big news!! I made the appt. for the BIG sonogram (when we can figure out if it is a boy or girl) the appointment is for Dec.22, so it will be a nice Christmas gift for us. I will be 19 weeks so hopefully they will be able to find out and the baby will cooperate! I will be posting some belly pics soon.

May B-Day's

I was thinking about all the B-day's our baby could be born on in May and the end of April and I think there is a pretty good chance that our little one will be sharing he/she birthday with another family member.

Belly Pics!!!

Well here are the first pics of my growing baby bump, I look alot bigger already but when I went to the doctors they said I haven't gained any weight since my last visit. I guess that is one of those wierd things about pregnancy I don't understand! I got to hear the heartbeat on Monday for the first time and it was 161 bpm, which the doctor said was very normal, I was happy to hear that. I want to say thanks to Nikki for updating my page, I have no clue how to do all those neat things!! lol Maybe my baby will grow up to be a computer nerd and can help me out!

Baby News!!!

Well I know alot of people have been wondering when Eric and I were going to have a baby and everyone will be very happy to know we are expecting our first baby on May 18th 2009. We were only trying for about a month and didn't expect it to happen this soon but trust me were not disappointed! We are very excited and feel very blessed we didn't have any problems conceiving. Eric and I found out we were pregnant on Sept.6th, the morning we were suppose to leave for the Ocean City Bike show. Well needless to say bikes and pregnant women don't mix so we decided not to go and left my mom and Jim hanging, but they still had a good time. My first doctors appt. was on Sept.11th and it was pretty routine, they just gave me another pregnancy test, blood work,pre-natals (which make me sick) and I got weighed (and I won't be telling anyone how much lol!) Well all my blood work came back good and I had another appt. for Oct.9th and that was when I was getting my first sonogram. Eric and I both went to this appt. and we got to see our little peanut for the first time, it was kicking it's leg and everything, it was a very neat experience and reassured me everything was ok. My next appt. is on Nov.6th and I can't wait to go back even though Nikki warned they were all pretty boring from now on. I have gained 1.5 lbs so far but it feels like 20. I am also very tired and have gotten sick a lot and because of that I have banned a lot of foods for right now, especially soup! Well before I get into anymore details I am going to post these pics and go to bed! Yah!

Delivery from Florida!! The baby just got he/she first toys, Eric's Aunt Donna, Uncle Kieth and cousin Samantha just sent these to us along with a card, I am so excited about all of the little toys that will be around the house! Thank You guys!!!

Busy,Busy

Well I haven't been posting much lately but Eric and I have been so busy. Tomorrow will be our two year wedding anniversary and we are both really excited. We wont be doing much because Eric has a softball game at 6:00 and I want him to go (and win, of course). I also turned 23 this month along with my whole family, we have 8 B-days in August and it is always a busy month for us. We also got to see Eric's grandparents on Saturday and had a really good time catching up. We will see his moms parents this labor day weekend. We are going down to Eric's parents house in Virginia. Good News

Well today I talked to someone that knows the guy who took Dino and said that he absolutely loves Dino and wasn't giving him back! So that was good news because I thought for sure one day I was going to come home and Dino would be on my door step!

Bye Bye Dino :(

Well yesterday Eric and I decided that we were going to give Dino to another home. We have been thinking about this for a long time and finally ran across someone that we thought would be perfect for Dino. He is a single guy and has a fenced in yard for him to run around like the maniac that he is. This was our first dog so it was a hard decision to make but it was also the best. Matteson took him to work with him this morning and dropped him off with his new owner early this morning! He said he was already barking at the guy, so hopefully his new owner can handle him, if not I told him that I want him back. Only time will tell!

50th B-Day

This weekend Eric and I had another 50th B-Day Party to attend, it was soooo hot and everything was outside. It was my friend Jessica's dads B-day and it made me realize that my mom is only 3 years from turning 50 (sorry mom) and it will be here before I know it! I better start planning now because I have a lot of good parties to live up too! My whole family was able to come and everyone had a really good time

Well I finally gave into my doctor and got a pair of glasses! They are hard getting used to and I feel like a dork when I wear them. My doc says there "in" but I don't know about that!

This past weekend went by really fast, Eric and I didn't do much. Friday, we rented the movie "21" and it was good. On Saturday we went out to dinner with our friends Danielle and Kenny and then went to a couple bars. We didn't stay out long because we got tired and then slept in until 12:00 on Sunday!! We wasted our whole day away! Ididn't take any pics over the weekend so I figured I would post some updated pics of our dogs.

Over the weekend Eric and I were really busy, we had our friends mom's 50th Birthday party and also had are friends housewarming party on Sunday. Here are a few pics from this weekend.
